Charles Conroy started competing in Counter-Strike in 1999, founded his own team at 16, and helped rebuild Complexity Gaming into North America's leading independent esports brand before it was sold to the Dallas Cowboys. He now runs the esports vertical at the Switch, the world's largest transmission broadcaster, which handles connectivity, distribution and production for most major live esports events.
