You have a wonderful and informative podcast! At Center for Victory, we do personal and professional growth. We work with HR and management on how to get the right people in the right seats and how to develop them. We help employees gain greater awareness about themselves and how they fit into a team. It’s all about relationships. We help management to optimize their leadership potential. We have a US clientele of around 140. We do leadership hiking retreats to places like the Grand Canyon and last year climbed Mt Fuji in Japan. Eric has lots of interesting stories. Eric is also a licensed social worker who did in house stays to help parents experiencing difficulties with their children. We have our own podcast called "Your Best Day Yet" with Eric Guy.
