CEO/Founder
Reid Lappin is an entrepreneur at heart who has always cared deeply about building the best teams and culture to deliver world-class innovation and growth. He founded VOKAL, one of the first mobile app development and growth shops, in Chicago in 2009. Rapid growth of the company resulted in the need for more developers, which led to him launching MobileMakers — one of the first mobile app development bootcamps that fast-tracked potential new hires through an 8-week bootcamp training program. Today, to build the best teams of digital athletes, Reid recruits top talent from agencies and consultancies such as Havas and Accenture to create a new vision of commerce and creativity for global brands. Vokal recently merged with TWIMC (To Whom It May Concern) a Chicago based creative agency to double his efforts now with full stack capabilities under one roof. In his role as Founder and Chairman of VOKAL, Reid advises CEOs from Fortune 500 companies as well as start-ups on transformational growth strategies.
