She is a proven expert in brand strategy, digital media, integrated marketing, branded content, consumer insights, and business analytics across Fortune 1000 brands, focusing on the sports and entertainment-centered industries. In 2018, she took on the role as the CEO of Strategic Playground, which then rebranded to Unrivaled Group.

Being a woman in the male-dominated sports industry for more than 20 years has given her the motivation and the sense of responsibility to encourage a generation of female leaders. As a result of this drive, she has partnered with leading technology experts to shift Unrivaled Group to a consultancy that is revolutionizing the business landscape by utilizing proprietary software to build data-driven ecosystems for brands, properties, talent and suppliers. As the Head of Strategy and Sports, she oversees the development, communication and execution of strategic initiatives of the consultancy and clients.
